    My experience spans shaping the vision, building the roadmap, and staying close to delivery to ensure the intended outcomes are realised in practice, not just on paper.

    I’m comfortable working from strategy through to execution, aligning senior leaders, translating ambition into practical plans, and supporting teams through the realities of change. Whether modernising legacy platforms, introducing new digital capabilities, or embedding new ways of working, I focus on creating clarity, momentum and accountability so that transformation delivers measurable value.
