I’ve spent more than 20 years leading and delivering large, multi-million-pound programmes at the intersection of business change and digital transformation for major public and private sector organisations, including government, ecommerce platforms and mobile apps.
My experience spans shaping the vision, building the roadmap, and staying close to delivery to ensure the intended outcomes are realised in practice, not just on paper.
